As a general rule, our physicians and other medical professionals communicate with patients in Japanese language only. If you do not speak Japanese, please arrange for means of communication assistance by yourself, for example hiring an interpreter or bringing a translation device.

About after-hours reception of non-critical patients (with minor condition)
After-hours selective medical care charge
Under the national government’s medical care policy, each medical institution is required to encourage division of medical functions between different types of hospitals and clinics according their scale and characteristics. As part of our compliance with this policy, we receive an After-hours Selective Medical Care Charge from non-critical patients seeking our after-hour medical care, which applies to all after-hour patients who are deemed non-critical.After-hours Selective Medical Care Charge: 8,800 yen (tax included)

Outpatients to whom any of the following applies will be exempt from the After-hours Selective Medical Care Charge
- If you are hospitalized immediately after visiting our Emergency Center
- If you have already visited the hospital during the regular service hours of the day but decided to revisit later as your condition has worsened after the first visit
- If you have a referral for emergency outpatient treatment issued by another medical institution
- If you have been instructed by our physician to visit the emergency outpatient service to receive injection or other treatments
- If you have been transported here by an ambulance
