What to prepare when visiting the hospital

First-time patients
Enter the central building through the front entrance and go to the applicable reception desk to the right of the general reception.

If you have a referral and an appointment
Go to the Medical Referral Center.

If you have a referral but do not have an appointment or if you do not have a referral
Go to the new patient registration desk.

Revisits
Enter the central building through the front entrance and go to the applicable reception desk to the right of the general reception.If you have an appointment

If you do not have an appointment
Go to the reception desk for your applicable department or specialty (on the 3rd and 4th floors).

Use the escalator to go up to the reception for your applicable department/specialty with all the submission documents.

Submit the documents in a clear file that you have received at the new patient registration on the first floor, and receive a reception ticket in return.

Consultation and examination
At the end of the consultation/examination session, make your next appointment with the doctor as required and receive the prescription for your medication and a Revisit Appointment Ticket.5

Use one of the automatic payment processing machines to pay your medical fee. Automatic payment processing machines are provided in front of the elevator hall on the first basement floor and the first to the fourth floors of the central building and also on the first basement floor of the inpatient wards building.
Notes:
- If your payment cannot be processed by the automatic payment processing machines, go to the payment counter on the first floor of the central building.
- Credit cards can be used on the automatic payment processing machine on the first floor of the central building.

Obtaining medication
As a general rule, your medication must be obtained from an external pharmacy according to the doctor’s prescription. Submit the doctor’s prescription, within four days from its issue date, to a dispensing pharmacy approved by the national health insurance system to obtain the medication.Note: If your medication is an internally dispensed type, go to the medication dispensing counter to the side of the payment counter to receive your medication.7
