Any change or cancellation of your checkup appointment must be made one week before the scheduled checkup date.1

Receiving a checkup kit prior to the checkup date (pre-check questionnaire, sample containers, etc.)
We will send you a checkup kit one or two weeks before the checkup date. The kit includes detailed information about the checkup package, as well as a pre-check questionnaire and sample containers, which are to be filled in advance and brought to the checkup.2

Those who individually applied for checkup (non-corporate users) will receive a detailed checkup result by mail approximately three weeks after the checkup.4
