From the Kichijoji Station bus terminal:

Ride the Odakyu Bus 吉02 Line and get off at the “Showa Daigaku Fuzoku Karasuyama Byoin” (SHOWA Medical University Karasuyama Hospital) bus stop. The hospital is right in front of the bus stop.

From the Seijo Gakuen Mae Station bus terminal:

Ride the Odakyu Bus 成02 Line and get off at the “Chitose Karasuyama Eki Kitaguchi” (Chitose Karasuyama Station North Gate) bus stop. The hospital is 7 minutes’ walk from the bus stop.
Alternatively, ride the Odakyu Bus 成06 Line and get off at the “Chitose Karasuyama Eki Minamiguchi” (Chitose Karasuyama Station South Gate) bus stop. The hospital is 15 minutes’ walk from the bus stop.

From the Chitose Funabashi Station bus terminal:

Ride the Keio Bus 歳23 Line or 丘22 Line and get off at the “Chitose Karasuyama Eki Minamiguchi” (Chitose Karasuyama Station South Gate) bus stop. The hospital is 15 minutes’ walk from the bus stop.
