Q3. Is car parking available?
Yes, but the capacity is limited (342 cars) and you may have to wait for a long time before a parking space becomes available. We recommend use of public transportation when visiting the hospital.
Q4. Are there bank ATMs in the hospital?
Yes. Mitsubishi UFJ (MUFG) and Risona Bank ATMs are provided to the side of the Information Counter on the 1st floor of the central building.
Q5. I think I have lost/misplaced a personal item in the hospital. What should I do?
Contact the following if you think you have lost or misplaced something in the hospital. Items found in the hospital will be stored for a period of three months from the day they are found.

Note: Patient registration cards found in the hospital are kept at the New Patient Registration.

Q6. Do you provide wi-fi service in the hospital?
No. We do not provide wi-fi service.

Use of mobile phones and computers is only allowed in designated areas. Areas where use of mobile phones or computers are allowed are listed below.

Q8. Are there smoking areas in the hospital?
No. No smoking is allowed on the hospital premises.

About outpatient services

Q1. I am visiting the hospital for the first time as an outpatient. Tell me what I should bring for admission.
1)Your health insurance card and applicable medical care subsidy certificate(s)
2)Referral issued by your family physician or other medical institution, addressed to this hospital
Q2. Do I absolutely need to have a referral to receive outpatient service?
The primary mission of this hospital is to provide advanced and specialized medical cares to patients and therefore, as a general rule, we accept outpatients with a referral only. To promote greater efficiency and coordination among medical institutions in providing medical service for people who need it, we request all first-time patients to bring a referral (patient referral document) from other medical institutions. Refer to the following page.
Q3. Do I need to make an appointment to see the doctor?
You can still be seen by the doctor without an appointment, but we recommend making one before coming to the hospital.

Q4. How can I pay my medical care fee?

Q5. I do not have a health insurance card. What can I do?
Outpatients without a health insurance card must pay the total cost of the medical service performed as none of the medical service cost can be covered by health insurance.
