Reception
After entering the building through the front entrance, go to the New Patient Registration counter on your right. If you are a revisiting patient, use one of the Return Visit Check-in machines.1

Go to the reception for your applicable department/specialty (on the 1st to 5th floors) with all the submission documents.
Submit the first-time patient documents to the receptionist, and wait for your turn in the waiting area.

Consultation and examination
At the end of the consultation/examination session, you will receive a patient processing slip and the prescription for your medication (if any is prescribed).

Payment counter
Present your patient processing slip at the payment counter to pay your bill. After the payment is cleared, you will receive a receipt and an itemized medical fee statement.

Obtaining medication
As a general rule, your medication must be obtained from an external pharmacy according to the doctor’s prescription. Submit the doctor’s prescription, within four days from its issue date, to a dispensing pharmacy approved by the national health insurance system to obtain the medication.5
