What to prepare when visiting the hospital

Reception

Go to the New Patient Registration counter.

Reception for the individual department/specialty (on the 1st and 2nd floors)

Go upstairs to the reception for your applicable department/specialty (on the 1st or 2nd floor) with all the submission documents.
Submit the documents in a clear file that you have received at the New Patient Registration counter on the first floor, and receive a reception ticket in return.

Central reception number display and waiting area

For Neurology and Rheumatology/Clinical Immunology, wait here until the number on your reception ticket is shown on the reception number display,
and move to the waiting area for the applicable department/specialty when your number is shown.
For other departments and specialties, wait here your number is called.

Consultation and examination

At the end of the consultation/examination session, make your next appointment with the doctor as required and receive the prescription for your medication and a Revisit Appointment Ticket.

Automatic payment processing machines and outpatient payment counter

Use one of the automatic payment processing machines on the first floor to pay your medical fee.
Note: If your payment cannot be processed by the automatic payment processing machines, go to the outpatient payment counter to pay your fee.

Obtaining medication

As a general rule, your medication must be obtained from an external pharmacy according to the doctor’s prescription. Submit the doctor’s prescription, within four days from its issue date, to a dispensing pharmacy approved by the national health insurance system to obtain the medication.
Note: If your medication is an internally dispensed type, go to the medication dispensing counter to the side of the payment counter to receive your medication.
