Before seeing a doctor
As a general rule, all first-time patients require to submit a referral (patient referral document) issued by another medical institution (hospitals, clinics, etc.).
Making an appointment before coming to the hospital
Even first-time patients need an appointment to be seen by a physician. Make sure to make an appointment by telephone before coming to the hospital.If you have a referral from your clinic or other medical institutions, submit the referral at the General Reception on the first floor.
